Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you create an account or use xMeeter.

1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, and meet any stricter local eligibility rule. By using xMeeter, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use one account only as permitted by the service. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
Use xMeeter lawfully and honestly. Do not harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, discriminate, exploit, solicit illegal services, scrape the service, evade access controls, manipulate credits or referrals, or use the service for underage contact.
4. xMeets and real-world interaction
xMeeter helps people discover and arrange activities but is not a party to member interactions. Use recognised public places, protect personal information, tell someone you trust about plans, and leave or seek help if a situation feels unsafe. A request or favourite is not attendance; participation requires the applicable mutual acceptance.
5. Content and media
You retain rights in content you submit and grant xMeeter a limited licence to host, process, display, moderate, and distribute it only as needed to operate and promote the service according to your visibility choices. Submit only content you have the right to use.
6. Purchases
Paid subscriptions, credits, restoration, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are also governed by the applicable app store and the purchase terms shown at checkout. Digital benefits may be restricted or revoked for fraud, chargeback, legal requirements, or material rule violations.
7. Enforcement and termination
We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect members, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
8. Availability and liability
The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, xMeeter is provided without guarantees that every match, member, place, or interaction will meet your expectations. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to [email protected]. We may update these terms and will give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply, subject to mandatory law.
