1. Who we are

xMeeter is an intent-first social discovery service for adults. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected] or use our Support page.

2. Data we process

We process account identity and contact details; age eligibility and optional profile information; preferences, tags, settings, and content you provide; approximate or precise location when you choose location features; selected places; messages and social actions; reports and support requests; subscription, entitlement, and credit-ledger records; device, session, security, and diagnostic information; and photos or videos you choose to upload.

3. Why we use it

We use data to create and secure accounts, provide discovery and xMeet features, show relevant people and places, deliver messages and notifications, process purchases, moderate content, prevent abuse and fraud, respond to support requests, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

4. Location and places

Location access is optional and requested in context. xMeeter does not request background location. You can select a place manually. Precise live location is purpose-limited and short-lived; selected places or approximate areas may remain with an xMeet record under the applicable retention rules. Google Maps and Places may process map or place requests under Google's terms.

5. Profiles, media, and visibility

Your visibility choices control public profile presentation. Private media is available only to you and people you authorise. Pending or rejected media is not publicly displayed. Media access is enforced by authenticated, time-limited service controls; possession of an old link does not create continuing permission.

6. Communications and safety

Messages, reports, blocks, verification, and safety events may be processed to deliver the service, investigate reports, enforce our rules, and protect members. Reports about other people and confidential moderation or anti-fraud evidence are not included in another member's self-service export.

7. Service providers and disclosure

We may use contracted providers for hosting, storage, maps and places, email, push notifications, app-store billing, security, and support. They may process only the data needed for their role. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a properly controlled corporate transaction.

8. Retention

We keep data only for the service, security, financial, and legal periods that apply to each category. Account deletion starts a controlled deletion process; limited records may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or as legally required safety, fraud, or accounting evidence and are removed according to expiry rules.

9. Your choices and rights

You can update profile and visibility settings, revoke device permissions, request a machine-readable export, contact us about access or correction, object or restrict processing where applicable, and delete your account. Public instructions are available at xmeeter.com/delete-account. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.

10. Security and children

We use access controls, encryption in transit, private object storage, credential protection, monitoring, and bounded administrative permissions. No system is risk-free. xMeeter is not for anyone under 18; if we learn that an ineligible person created an account, we may restrict and delete it.

11. International use and changes

Data may be processed in countries where xMeeter or its contracted providers operate, using applicable contractual and legal safeguards. We may update this policy as the service or law changes and will present material changes through an appropriate notice.
