User Data Deletion

If you want your enquiry data removed from Xmeeter systems, send a deletion request using the same phone number or email address you used during contact.

You can request deletion by contacting our team through the website contact flow or WhatsApp and explicitly stating that you want your stored enquiry data deleted.

After identity matching, the request is reviewed and the related enquiry data is removed from operational records unless retention is required by law or active dispute handling.
