This is a story about the resiliency of the human spirit. Through this film, we will delve into the life of Alexandra Côté-Durrer. She has faced an unfathomable amount of hardship throughout her life, and yet never fails to keep moving forward. She is a passionate, inspirational and incredibly strong human being. Through this story, we hope to empower our communities with the knowledge to better understand and identify with those who are struggling with their mental heath. We will learn the power of listening, reaching out, passion, connection, and love; for these are important, now more than ever before.
